CWR is very passionate about their purpose - and the people who volunteer there are some of the kindest and most caring people you will meet. Not only will you be working for a good cause, but you'll also learn a lot and have fun while doing it. It's a great hands-on experience!

If you love birds, then this is the place for you. Everyone who works here is dedicated to the care and rehabilitation of these beautiful and majestic creatures. It is very rewarding to be able to help them heal, and return back to their habitat.

Carolina Waterfowl Rescue offers all animal lovers an opportunity to care for our beautiful feathered friends, many of which have been injured, orphaned, or neglected. It is amazing to witness their willingness to place their trust in us as we work toward their rehabilitation.

This is a wonderful organization, with very caring volunteers. We would love additional volunteers to help with the animals, and to help with needed building to allow us to move our animals to their new location.
