Mission Statement

To provide affordable rental housing in eastern Montgomery County at rates that are approximately half the market rates. In addition to provide financial literacy counseling to assist tenant families in their goal to work for home ownership.

Description

Agency has 51 scattered site homes, each home is inspected every 3 months to insure quality preventive maintenance criteria. Willow Grove CDC acquires and renovates or builds new homes to provide for our very low to low income tenant families. The appearence of each of our homes is of significant concern to the Board of Directors, therefore, several work projects are needed to meet the expectations of the Board.
