Mission Statement

Walk the Walk is committed to raising money and awareness for vital breast cancer causes. We are also passionate about encouraging women and men to become healthier, more fit and to learn how to take charge of their own well-being. Being a grant making charity, it is our goal that each year we grant as much of the funds raised as possible, making sure that it is put to the best use and where we feel it really will make a difference. Breast cancer is a major public health issue, and while statistics show that the mortality rate is decreasing, the incidence of the disease continues to rise. The $126M in funds that we have granted so far to research and future health have already expanded understanding about breast cancer and enabled better treatments!
