Mission Statement

Animal Rescue Merrimack Valley is an all volunteer, non-profit, no-kill organization that provides:

  • Spay/neuter/feeding for feral cats
  • Low cost spay/neuter programs
  • Care for sick and injured animals
  • Dog and cat adoption resources
  • Foster care for rescued cats and kittens
  • Community education

Animal Rescue Merrimack Valley is a group of experienced cat and dog rescue volunteers coming together to focus on Haverhill, Lawrence, Methuen, North Andover, Andover, Groveland, and Plaistow, NH. In each town ARMV serves, there are several hundred stray and feral cats.

Description

Hundreds of dogs and cats are abandoned each year in our community. Education and spaying/neutering are critical to help stop the breeding cycles & reduce the amount of homeless pets! We supply our pets with all the love, attention, pet meds, and veterinary care they need.

Won’t you join us? You don’t need experience, just the desire to help your hometown strays!
