CCHF goals are to provide quality cost-effective primary medical care for children, including, in particular, the underserved children of inner-city Denver, without reliance on government programs and instrumentalities.To provide and support an array of high-valued support services to meet the medical and health needs of underprivileged children in the inner-city neighborhoods of Denver.

Description

Provide or pay for health services needed by underprivileged populations for those children neeeding services and assistance not covered by existing County, State, and Federal programs. Examples: Social work- resource referrals, Counseling, Health Education(teen pregnancies, breastfeeding, parenting and nutrition),Pre-Natal Care,Promote Breastfeeding, Medical Supplies, Prescriptions,Transportation for Medical Needs, and Promote Literacy-Reach Out and Read (ror)
