Description

Our organization helps seniors and disabled adults in rural areas remain independent by providing education, money management and case management services.

We serve clients in a 19 county region from Liberty to Palacios to Burleson County, with a lot in between!

We partner with the AARP Foundation's Money Management program, the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation's Faith in Action program and both the Brazos Valley and Houston-Galveston Council Area Agency on Aging.

We help Medicare recipients navigate the Part A, B & D programs, provide low-cost HelpLine emergency response services and sing a lot with our youth at a local nursing home.
