Mission Statement

Our mission is to establish a structured environment for at-risk and delinquent youths which promotes personal development through education, mentoring, athletics and empowerment programs. This builds self confidence, self esteem and a healthy lifestyle through our exercise and nutrition programs.

Description

The goal of The Ogden Foundation is to improve at-risk youth literacy and academic abilities, bridge cultural and economic gaps, build self confidence, self esteem and a healthy lifestyle through our education, nutrition and fitness programs. Our programs are offered at Robert Taylor Elementary School and Jim Thorpe Elementary School, two Las Vegas Title 1 Schools, and through our partners UFC Gym Anthem. These are the following programs we offer: Literacy Enrichment through our Book Buddies program, Health/Nutrition Awareness, Obesity Prevention, Physical Fitness Education, Life/Social Skills, Anti-Bullying, Boxing/Kickboxing classes and Enrichment Activities.
