Friendship Health and Rehab Center is a 373 bed long term care and rehab facility offering several levels of care to an adult population. We offer skilled, intermediate and Dementia care within our organization. Though we primarily serve adults over the age of 55, our scope of care can include anyone over the age of 18. We have our own in house Rehab therapy department that assists residents in regaining the skills they need to return to the community. Our intermediate care offers assistance to those residents that may require long term care in a nursing facility. One of our intermediate care units specializes in working with residents that are alert and oriented and socially interactive. They participate in special events/activities on a daily basis. We also have a 38 bed secured Dementia Care unit, for those residents that need special attention and specially designed activities to meet their needs as their Dementia progresses.
