The Utah Youth Mentor Project mission is to provide youth leaving foster care with mentor friendships, a community of support, and access to resources to overcome barriers to success.

Description

Volunteer mentors offer genuine friendship, guidance, and encouragement to youth aging out of foster care. Services are aimed at helping youth develop life skills, social resources, and problem solving strategies. Youth participate in a mentor group and are enriched by a community of support including volunteers, pro-bono advocates, and professional staff.
