Goodwill of Greater Washington's mission is to educate, train, employ and place people with disadvantages and disabilities, creating a stronger workforce and a more vital community while building dignity for the people we serve through the removal of barriers to personal success.

Description

Goodwill's Arlington Career Campus offers free career training programs to assist individuals in obtaining positions in the banking and hospitality industries. In addition to training, Goodwill provides a continuum of care through wrap-around, supportive services to individuals facing multiple barries to employment. Our programs are designed to help participants develop life skills - to identify barriers and utilize existing supports - as they transition from unemployment into full and sustained economic self-sufficiency. We are also beginning to offer ESL classes on-site and a basic computer training class.
