The mission of the Corporation for National and Community Service is to improve lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement through service and volunteering.
Care Connection for Aging Services is a not-for-profit organization designated by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to: assess the needs of older adults in the 13-county area we serve; develop necessary public and private resources to meet their needs; and deliver to our constituents a comprehensive and coordinated system of services, information, and access to needed services. Care Connection will provide resources and services that empower people to create healthy aging experiences.
Our vision statement states the people we serve will live with maximum independence, respect and dignity.
RSVP is sponsored by Care Connection for Aging Services; a non-profit organization, that provides services and resources to adults age 60 and over. RSVP is America’s largest volunteer network for people age 55 and better and is seeking volunteers who are willing and able to put their experience, skills, and abilities, to work and to good use within our local communities. RSVP Volunteer Stations have been established in eight Senior Centers within Benton, Cedar, Henry, Hickory and St. Clair Counties in Missouri.
