This is an organization which aims to provide assistance to students who are struggling due to family breakdown, poverty, and overall lack of resources in order to succeed in school.

Referrals for assistance would come predominantly from teachers and other school staff. Educators spend more time with children than most parents. Teachers see firsthand which students are in need, but often have no available resources for assistance.

This organization's objective is to be a source for educator's who seek aid to their students in need by predominantly recycling/resourcing goods and services to those in need.
