The Office of Public Guardian provides public guardianship and conservatorship services in response to longstanding concerns about incapacitated adults who have no family members or friends to serve as their guardians.

Description

The Office of Public Guardian provides the following services: Information, referral, and education about guardianship; Assessment for guardianship; Petitioning the court for guardianship; Alternatives to guardianship; Guardianships and conservatorships; and Protecting and advocating for the rights and interests of incapacitated persons.
