Description

The Bair Foundation, founded in New Wilmington, PA, in 1967, has provided quality care and services to children, youth and families through a myriad of effective programs that meet identified needs. Although foster care is our primary program, our mission is to restore and strengthen the family through a number of community-based services. Through Traditional and Therapeutic Foster Care and Kinship Care, children and teens are able to live in a safe, loving and stable home. Through Adoption, Legal Guardianship or Reunification, children can move toward permanency. Bair offers services such as Intensive In-Home Services, Outpatient Services, and a Multi-Systematic treatment approach to stabilize children in the home setting and decrease the risk of placement outside the home.
