Our Kids' Community Breakfast Club (OKCBC) is built on the research-based Strategic Prevention Framework from the US Department of Health and Human Services Department, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs (first, you must feed the people), the Search Institute’s 40 Developmental Assets and a Youth Development approach.
