Description

Uplifting Sisters Dream Center has embarked upon an initiative to reach out to the future leaders of our community through two projects, The Jeremiah Project and House of Isaiah. The Jeremiah Project is a Transitional Housing and Emergency Shelter Program for street youth between the ages of 10 & 19 and House of Isaiah, a Transitional Housing and Emergency Shelter Program for pregnant teens between the ages of 12 & 19 and single moms between the ages of 13 & 19. Both programs are transitional housing and emergency shelters that include supportive services for their clients. Their purpose is to reduce youth homelessness in the State and surrounding area and provide shelter, counseling, life skills training and positive youth development activities.
