ICVDPOK'S mission is to co-0rdinate community Based organizations and other organizations that address different causes which affect communities example hunger,education,health,enviroment,poverty,orphanages etc.

Description

ICVDPOK works as a platform where the CBO's activities, pograms and causes are addressed and exposed for participation from any interested partners,individuals groups or organizations. It is through this NGO that these partner organizations will receive volunteers. ICVDPOK places VOLUNTEERS on long and short term services,internship and workshops.VOLUNTEERS will be plased in Host families where they will work on a project of her\his cause interest.Long term 6 to 12 months,Short term 1 to 4 months.Our Organization works Nationally covering several counties in Kenya.Main office is in the main city [NAIROBI]This is where the volunteers are received at the airport and brought to the reception where they meet amentor who will carry on the orientation before being placed in the designated centre.

Basically I myself born and brought up in slums of Nairobi and have all experiences and have the ability to recommend this organization to friends both locally and internationally and am willing and looking forward to offer man power where necessary and also to collect data in for slums in various projects for research reference
