Mission Statement

Project Homeless Connect is a one-stop shop for services for people experiencing homelessness in Minneapolis and Hennepin County. By bringing housing providers, employers, health care, legal assistance, benefits assistance, transportation assistance (and more) to one location, we are breaking down barriers and helping men, women, children and youth escape homelessness.

Description

On one day every six months, hundreds of volunteers, business partners, and service providers come together to assist the men, women, children and youth experiencing homelessness in our community. This one-stop shop for services connects people to a wide-variety of goods and services to help them escape homelessness.
