Mission Statement
No child should stay hungry, no child should die from poverty or a disease. Our passion is to feed the hungry and orphan children ,and the needy kids who lost either their father or mother, to provide housing, education and medical care to these kids and their needy families. Our goal is to see these people saved. We want to feed the poor, clothe the naked, treat the sick who cannot afford to go to a hospital due to poverty, disaster and war.
We also get used medical equipment ,medical supplies and medicine from US hospitals and pharmaceutical companies as donations and take them to the poor communities in underdeveloped countries .
We also plan to form a medical team made up of volunteer doctors, nurses, dentists who reach out to the physical needs of these children and families.
One of our goals is to help improve access to education by needy children and to improve the quality of education received by children in deprived areas by Construction of schools (Elementary, Secondary and High school), assisting poor students in living costs , Providing educational scholarships to qualified students , Providing school supplies to qualified students .

The Angel Network is a non profit organization formed under the laws of the state of Michigan on November 8,2004.The founders of organization are : Dr. Bijan Jooryabi and Dr. Maryam Seyedi.The directors of TAN are : Dr. Seyedi, Dr. Jooryabi, Dr. Ibrahim and Mr. Eghbalian.The organization's purposes are charitable and philanthropic contributions to people regardless of their race ,color, religion and ethnicity in United States and abroad.
T he organization is helping the orphans and needy families regarding providing shelter , food , clothing ,education ,medical treatment.
The Angel Network is exempt from Federal income Tax under section 501(C)3 and its Tax ID Number is 75-3173982 and its Michigan department of consumer ID number is 792694.
