Mission Statement

THE MISSION OF THE NATIONAL PANCREATIC CANCER FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE UNWAVERING SUPPORT FOR ALL THOSE AFFLICTED WITH OR AFFECTED BY PANCREATIC CANCER, WHETHER PATIENT OR FAMILY MEMBER, THROUGH THE USE OF EDUCATIONAL AWARENESS, EARLY DETECTION RESEARCH, SUPPORT GROUPS, AND DIRECT FINANCIAL RESOURCE SUPPORT PROGRAMS, REGARDLESS THE LEVEL OF QUALIFICATION OF THE PATIENT.

Description

The National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation has developed four Core Programs that provide "Hope, Courage and Faith" to those it serves.

Early Detection Research The National Pancreatic Cancer has had the great opportunity in teaming up with The University of Colorado Foundation for early detection research for the past 2 years. NPCF’s research donations go to seek support and encourage early detection research in patients with signs of Pancreatic Cancer.

NPCF’s Support Group Pilot Program

A powerful venue for growth and change. Not only do those afflicted or affected by Pancreatic Cancer receive tremendous understanding, support, and encouragement from others facing similar issues, but they also gain different perspectives, ideas, and viewpoints on those issues. NPCF is convinced that the Support Group Pilot Program is one of the most effective tools for addressing issues common with Pancreatic Cancer.
