Mission Statement
Keep Prince William Beautiful is a 501(c)(3) environmental organization that serves Prince William County through partnering with residents, businesses, community organizations and the government to educate and inspire environmental stewards who, through locally informed action, actively work to reduce litter waste, increase recycling, and broaden environmental education throughout the County.
Description
We offer multiple programs that offer a variety of volunteer opportunities involving litter removal and prevention, recycling practices, community beautification, and environmental education.

Keep Prince William Beautiful is a wonderful organization. The individuals that make KPWB successful are very hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic. I highly recommend this organization to anyone that cares about the well-being of our environment and the Prince William Community.

Great opportunity for real-life work experience. Learned more in 12 weeks than in 4 years of college. Highly recommend KPWB to anyone looking for an educational and fast-paced internship.

I've been interning/volunteering with KPWB as an Admin Assistant since March and I truly enjoy it. I am completely inspired by this organization and have the upmost respect for what they do. Also, the staff members are great!! They truly care about all interns and volunteers and everyone is treated with respect.

I have volunteered with KPWB before and participated in their internship program for about a month. This is a great local organization that not only focuses on its community's people but also the environment. The staff and volunteers of this organization are inspiring through their passion to help others and respectful nature. I would highly recommend KPWB to anyone interested in volunteering or interning since they are flexible and can accommodate to your needs!

Keep Prince William Beautiful is a wonderful organization striving to educate the community, not only through seminars and symposium related activties, but through action oriented activities (community cleanups and much more). Each and every day of my internship kept me busy in pursuing successful organization of cleanups, giving litter and recycling presentations, and much more. It was great to work with dedicated professionals and volunteers in the community.
