Mission Statement

Provide underprivileged middle schools students with the opportunity to get hands on experience playing guitar, bass, drums, and piano, in an effort to boost creative engagement and reduce drug use and violence.

Description

Program will meet once a week for an hour after school at Willard Middle School to teach students guitar, bass, piano, and drums . The program will run for a total of 8 weeks, and the faculty and instructors will be college students who aim to inspire and serve as role models. Middle school students will work with instructors to choose and practice a song they will perform at the final showcase in June.
