To support independent and inclusive lives for adults with disabilities through employment and community integration.

Description

Anthesis (formerly PVW) was founded in 1966 as a non-profit corporation serving 15 individuals with developmental disabilities. Since that time, Anthesis has grown into a multifaceted vocational rehabilitation facility serving over 300 persons yearly in four distinct programs.

Anthesis serves residents of Eastern Los Angeles County and Western San Bernardino County. Anthesis is accredited by CARF and works cooperatively with the Department of Rehabilitation, the Regional Centers for the Developmentally Disabled and the Los Angeles and San Bernardino County Schools.

Anthesis is focused on teaching individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the life skills they need in order to successfully integrate themselves into their surrounding communities. We have been delivering on our promise for over 50 years and we hope to continue serving our populations for another 50 years!
