Mission Statement

We are a non-profit organization in North Carolina with a mission to forge relationships to fill service gaps in the farmworker community, and to increase awareness of the plight of the farmworker. We work primarily with migrant and seasonal farmworker youth utilizing inter-generational organizing principles to teach leadership, promote education, and facilitate opportuni t ies and exp eriential learning.
