The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth.

Description

While Toastmasters International has been in existence since 1924, our personal club has been a presence in Baton Rouge since the 1950's. We meet weekly on Monday evenings at 6:00 pm in the Sparkhound building. Our club, like the larger Toastmasters International, is a volunteer organization dedicated to improving the speaking and communication skills of its members.
