Our mission is to provide transformative experiences through innovative programs linking music, history and art. Our vision is to engage musicians and artists within and for our community to effect positive change.

Description

Esopus Chamber Orchestra brings together musicians, artists and community leaders who have a commitment to excellence. We bring vitality to our region through musical and educational experiences featuring traditional and contemporary masterpieces, performed by local and internationally renown artists. By collaborating with creative program partners, we support other artists and arts organizations.

Our work nourishes individual lives and helps our local community prosper by bringing otherwise disparate people together in harmony. We serve a diverse constituency from seniors to dual-home residents to local students. We support the creation of new musical works, and present important knowledge to our public.
