Mission Statement

The English Language Ministry (ELM) provides quality Engliah as a Second Language instruction in order to promote responsible self-sufficiency. To facilitate attendance and assist young children in learning English, ELM offer free childcare for students' children age three and under.

Description

ELM offers comprehensive life skills appropriate English as a sScond Language classes, taught by volunteers, to limited English speaking adults in East Dallas community.
