Rise and Shine Foundation, Inc is reaching out to the crisis confronting the Homeless, Mental Health, Developmental Disablitities, and those seeking Second Chance (ex offenders) in providing independent living supportive services and support, so that they remain in the comfort and security of supportive permanent housing through Rise and Shine Foundation, Inc housing community partners utilizing collaborative within the community to provide housing.
