Founded in 1999, the festival that brings independent film culture to Washington, DC. As a registered 501(c) non-profit organization, the festival's mission is to forward the work o f independent filmmakers through professional development and exhibition.

Description

A celebration of the most innovative, insightful, thought provoking films (feature, shorts, animation and documentaries), shown in March in our nation's capitol.
