To help older individuals access information, assistance, and resources that will empower them to self-advocate, live independently, and enjoy the highest quality of life.

Description

Since 1989, Middle Alabama Area Agency on Aging (M4A) has provided services to older individuals and their caregivers in Blount, Chilton, Saint Clair, Shelby and Walker Counties.

Although known mostly for the Homebound Meals program, M4A provides many other services designed to enhance the lives of older individuals.

-Senior Employment Program

-Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRC)
