The mission of Hospice Community Care is to provide dignified end-of-life care and quality services that allow our patients and their families/significant others to live life richly, deeply and meaningfully for as long as it may last, and to die with dignity in the setting of their choice.

Description

Volunteer services are provided to hospice patients and their family members. Direct Patient Care Volunteers may also provide supportive services in the operation of the hospice program. The Volunteer is responsible for proper documentation of all activities provided. All Direct Patient Care Volunteers must complete volunteer training.
