Mission Statement

LU Church Community Garden's Mission is to maintain a community supported organic garden to supply the highest quality organic vegetables and fruits to those in need in Kauai.

Description

Although our garden is sponsored by the Lihue United Church in Lihue, HI, we are striving to become a true community based garden. Presently, our garden is 50' x 70'. We grow organically and try to grow those vegetables that are the highest in nutritional value and are of the kind that our recipients would choose for themselves. The garden work is done by Volunteers.
