Mission Statement

Piedmont Community Impact Organization, Inc. is devoted to providing outreach ministry and community service that will effect a positive and lasting change in the lives of those we serve in a positive way.

This will be achieved by:

1. Transcending racial, denominational and theological barriers by establishing partnerships with in the faith-based community to achieve the mission of outreach and community service.

2) providing assistance to poor, homeless and needy citizens throughout the region.

3) Serving as a support network for the youth, senior citizens, and other area service groups.

Description

Here at Piedmont Community Impact Organization Inc., we Feed the Hungry.Project manna is the community food pantry. The pantry serves individuals and families in emergencys and during a monthly distribution. Food boxes are prepared by volunteers and staff and made ready for distribution date of the last week of each month. Kids Deli and Camp Philadelphia are six week summer enrichment program. The programs provide 2 hot meals daily. And 250 back packs are provided to participating area schools. We also operate the Recreating Recreation After-school 5 days of the week-3-6:30 PM. We offer snacks, meals , homework assistance and a safe haven.
