Post Office Box 6036, Wyomissing, PA 19610

Self-Esteem - Support - Awareness

Alopecia is an autoimmune disease that is not life threatening, but is life altering. It is not contagious. You can't catch it and it does not hurt. It is almost like your body is allergic to hair, which causes it to fall out.

CAP is the only nonprofit devoted specifically to children living with this incurable autoimmune hair loss disease, Alopecia.

We want to build self-esteem, provide support and raise awareness. It's that simple! Description What we want to do is simple when compared to finding a cure or the first FDA approved treatment that works!

-Build Self-Esteem
-Provide Support
-Raise Awareness

These are the most important things CAP does on a daily basis. We will continue and with your support we will move forward making a difference in the life of a child and their family. We can't fix everything but we try every time!

CAP is the only 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Charity devoted specifically to children with alopecia local, regionally, nationally and internationally.

We have kids registered from all over the world!

The Mission of CAP is to help any child in need living with hair loss due to all forms of alopecia.

Awards: American Academy of Dermatology Gold Triangle Award

Alopecia is an incurable autoimmune disease. When NAAF helps to find a cure we will all know about it. Claiming a cure is just like telling a person with MS that all you have to do is buy a new drink that will cure them. We believe it is not right for companies, business people and especially doctors that are making money off of people looking for anything to help themselves or their child to grow hair.

When the day comes for a cure, it will be world wide news and we will all hear about it, heck, the world will hear about it!
