Description
MERIT Chemical Dependency Program, Inc (MERIT CDPI), is a grassroot, 501 (c) 3 , community based non profit organization, offering more than 15 years experience in working with underprivileged adolescents and their families in the areas of Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention: HIV/STD Prevention and Education; Case Management; Medicaid (including the medicine program); and, Mental Health Counseling. MERIT's healing environment offers advocacy, counseling, health promotion, outreach, prevention and intervention activities, and treatment. By using nationally recognized models, MERIT CDPI, works at empowering and educating the community to assume responsibility for their mental and physical health.
