Mission Statement

Operation Community Cats aka OCC spay/ neuters, vaccinated, provides food and medical care for homeless outside cats at no charge. One of our goals is to open a high quality high volume low cost spay neuter clinic for cats to help reduce the population and suffering of domestic and homeless outside cat populations.

Description

Operation Community Cats aka OCC is an all volunteer 501 C3 nonprofit founded to help humanely reduce the population of homeless outside cats, provide food and medical care all at no charge.

OCC is the ambassador for the Community Cat Podcast in Idaho.


OCC is the Idaho Ambassador for the GreaterGood GOODS program, which accepts truck loads of pet food,@32,000#, and distributes it to other non profits in and around Idaho.

One of the two founders of OCC opened the SNIP (Spay Neuter Idaho Pets, Inc) high quality high volume low cost spay neuter clinic in Meridian, ID. Having set this type of clinic up before and seeing the desperate need, and enormous over population of cats, she and the other cofounder of OCC are
intending to set up the same type of clinic for cats.
