Mission Statement

The Ector County Health Department strives to provide health services to the underserved of Ector County and the Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Department is working tirelessly to put emergency protocols into place in the event of a major disaster--natural or man-made.

Description

The PHEP Department sets up exercises every year in which we do similations to be better prepared for an emergency situation. Volunteers would be needed to help set up and run exercises for Points of Dispensing and other scenarios as needed. Anyone interested in being on a volunteer call-down list should contact Amanda Robison-Chadwell at the Ector County Health Department.
