Mission Statement

The mission of Brigade Air is to educate and inspire teens toward careers in mission aviation and the aviation industry through a unique aviation camping program and mentoring curriculum.

Description

Brigade Air organizes and conducts youth aviation camps around the US and Canada. All pilots are volunteer and must meet requirements posted at www.brigadeair.org. Aircraft are loaned, usually for the cost of the fuel they consume.

Mission aviation organizations are looking for new recruits worldwide. Brigade Air educates and inspires youth age 14 - 17 to consider this as a vocation. Brigade Air partners with many Evangelical Christian Camps, Missions and Universities to host and facilitate the aviation camps. Over 1,300 campers have attended at 74 week-long camps in seven years.
