Mission Statement
The HIV/AIDS Twinning Center's Volunteer Healthcare Corps (VHC) is an initiative to increase the human resources of health by providing highly qualified professionals with the opportunity to work on the front lines of the global health in Sub-Saharan Africa. They serve as catalysts for sustainable change as they transfer knowledge and skills through joint operations with local counterparts.

THE VHC provides modest living and housing stipends as well as covers travel related costs. However, we rely on the commitment of professional time and energy provided by individual volunteers who are willing to serve for a period of three to twenty-four months.
