PAL is a non-profit organization composed entirely of volunteers and committed to improving the health and welfare of cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies.

PAL strongly urges spaying and neutering pet animals. Sterilizing your animal will keep it from contributing to the animal overpopulation problem. PAL offers low-cost spay/neuter certificates for use at participating area veterinarian clinics.
