Ouachita Children's Center provides quality services for abused, neglected, and troubled youth that empowers them to achieve success in their home, community, school and vocation by teaching accountability, respect, and trust.

Description

Ouachita Children’s Center serves the communities of Garland and Clark counties. We offer services to youth, ages 6-17, and their families. Our clients are referred to us by the Juvenile Courts of Garland or Clark County, the Arkansas Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS), the Arkansas Department of Youth Services (DYS), schools, community agencies, or local families and the youth themselves.

Our goal is to help kids be safe & healthy

We offer both residential and non-residential services to our clients including a 24 hour emergency shelter, family needs assessments, case management, counseling, and life skills groups. We also offer educational classes to give information, encouragement and guidance to youth and their families.
