To provide culturally sensitive, comprehensive primary healthcare, delivered through innovative and alternative systems of health delivery, particularly to residents of Fair Haven.

Description

The Fair Haven Community Health Care is a not-for-profit primary health care organization that has been dedicated to serving the greater Fair Haven Community since 1971. We provide comprehensive health care -for all ages and stages. From prenatal to pediatric/adolescent and adult/geriatric, Fair Haven focuses on the whole patient, cultural sensitivity and access to top quality health care for the whole patient. Our goal is to provide excellent, accessible health care to the residents of our community, regardless of their ability to pay.
