Mission Statement

FIGURES OF NASHVILLE, INC. is dedicated to inspiring and encouraging women to become their own health advocate thereby building a healthier community from the inside and out.

Description

An all volunteer-based organization, FONI serves the Nashville community by providing low cost and/or free workshops to connect women with the health, wellness, and fitness industry. FONI provides a platform to learn about good nutrition, disease prevention, lifestyle modifications as well as other culturally appropriate self-improvement activities.

Our ultimate goal is to foster change in how women view health and lifestyle choices by encouraging them to take daily steps to improve the overall quality of their life. Our three-pronged approach to meet our objectives includes activities surrounding health, fitness, and beauty/fashion.
