Mission Statement

Since the first Sunrise community opened in 1981, the Sunrise operating philosophy has been to provide services and care to seniors following Sunrise’s Principles of Service: encouraging independence, enabling freedom of choice, preserving dignity, celebrating individuality, nurturing the spirit and involving family and friends. All Sunrise team members are trained to provide services and care in a manner that supports these principles and furthers the Sunrise mission to champion quality of life for all seniors.

Description

One of Sunrise's Principles of Service is "Involving Family & Friends". Share the most valuable gift that you can give... yourself. We want to hear from you if you have an interest in seniors and have a heart for service. You will soon have memories and new relationships that you will never forget while also making a difference in the lives of the seniors we serve. Different opportunities might include giving manicures, playing cards or just visiting and sharing stories with our residents.
