Rockingham County Long Term Care Services is committed to providing preventative and restorative care to all residents and clients.

The physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological needs are addressed by qualified medical, nursing and supportive allied health care professionals. These needs are identified in each resident's/client's specific plan of care. Through a comprehensive assessment and approach, the staff will endeavor to achieve and maintain the maximum potential of each resident and client.

A safe, comfortable, homelike environment, influenced by the resident's and client's individual needs and preferences is provided with careful recognition of each one's rights regarding confidentiality, safety, spirituality, and quality of life.

At all times the resident's and client's wishes are interwoven throughout the care plan. The responsible family members or legal representatives are encouraged to assist in the development of this plan of care.
