CHDA CE is a non-profit, non-governmental organization with a vision of enhancing the lives of minorities through research, training, advocacy work, capacity building, and community development.

Description

To carry out research and development activities related to the integration of minorities into the American social, cultural and economic life and the global society.

To promote the contribution of minorities to regional and community development and assist them in playing leadership roles in the American economy

Partnering with Federal, State and Local Governments, Donor Agencies, Non-governmental organizations and local communities to design and implement community projects at home and abroad, thereby fostering sustainable human development .
