Community Nursing Hospice Care, Part of the UPMC Visiting Nurses Association, is a non-profit, Joint Commission certified hospice providing personalized care in the patients' own home.

The scope of services includes skilled nursing, spiritual and bereavement support, and volunteer services, among others.
