To bring about self-sufficiency and economic independence to high school age refugee, immigrant and at-risk youth through training and relevant programs that prepare them for the workplace or higher education/technical training.
To improve the quality of life for disadvantaged and underrepresented youth through the cooperation and collaboration of all members of the community.
To expand and promote joint ventures among schools, agencies, colleges, training institutions and businesses with the result being increased educational and career opportunities for at-risk, immigrant and refugee youth.
To provide English language proficiency of a quality that enables and encourages immigrant/refugee youth to continue their education, explore career options, utilize technology in their personal and professional lives and acquire the skills to be self-sufficient in their community.
