In a pandemic, with USDA COVID-19 safeguards in place, we work to harvest half a million pounds of fresh nutritious produce for Food Lifeline. We need minium groups of five to work distanced/together in the field. Maximum group of 50--broken into squads of five.
We neeed 2,500 human volunteer hours September 2020 through March 2021 to harvest 500,000 pounds of fresh produce for Food Lifeline. Food insecurity has doubled in Western WA over last year.
