Mission Statement

Healing Paws Inc. is a charitable, tax exempt 501(c)(3) organization designed to help those with physical, emotional and cognitive challenges. Our certified therapy dogs and trained volunteers work with Physical Therapists and their patients helping them improve mobility and social skills. Our goal is to continue growing this program through charitable donations, grants and fund raisers so that our services can remain 'free' of charge. This would enable us to train and ceritfy more dogs, allowing us to expand our program across Southwest Michigan.

Description

vounteeers and certified dogs go into hospitals and work with trauma servivers, stroke survivors, those who have los their limbs etc and work one on one with the physical therapist creating a working program for each patient to help with mobility and social skills through the work of the certified dogs
